Benefits of becoming a Referral150 Associate

1. You can continue to earn commissions for real estate transactions as a result of referrals (leads) you submit to Referral150.
2. Your license remains in active referral status.  If in the future you wish to become an active sales agent you will not have to retake the necessary real estate course and state test that would have to if you let your license expire.  You will only need to pay the appropriate state transfer and reinstatement fees and take the necessary continuing education courses.
3. You can refer any type of potential real estate transactions: sales, leases, property management etc.
4. Unlike other real estate referral agencies Referral150 caps our share of commissions earned from each individual Referral Associate at $2,000.00 per fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th).  Once the $2,000.00 cap is met then the Referral Associate receives 100% of all commissions earned by them  and paid to Referral150 for the balance of the fiscal year.
